Welcome coaches! This page includes everything you need to know to prepare your team for Supreme Tourneys events. Please review the information below before arriving at the fields.
Team Check-In Requirements
- Roster: A complete team roster must be submitted before your first game.
- Player Ages: Coaches must have digital or paper copies of birth certificates available upon request.
- Insurance: Proof of team insurance is required.
- Waivers: Teams are responsible for having parent/guardian waivers on file.
Game Day Expectations
- Arrive Early: Teams should arrive at least 45 minutes before their scheduled game time.
- Warm-Up Areas: Use designated warm-up zones only.
- Sportsmanship: Coaches are responsible for the behavior of players and spectators.
- Communication: Please have someone available to receive schedule updates or field changes.
Umpires & Rules
All umpires are contracted professionals. Judgment calls are final. Any rule disputes will be handled by the Tournament Director. Please refer to the Rules & Policies page for complete details.
Game Format
- Pool Play: 2–3 games depending on the event.
- Bracket Play: Single-elimination format.
- Game Length: Based on age division (see Rules & Policies).
- Run Rules: 15 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5.
Weather & Delay Procedures
- The tournament may adjust schedules based on weather or field conditions.
- Lightning requires immediate field clearance.
- Directors will communicate delays via text or phone to team contacts.
Refund Guidelines
- Withdrawal within 10 days of event = no refund.
